Shipping and returns.
Every painting ships to your door, insured. Here is how it works.
Shipping
Rachel signs the painting, frames it if you asked, and packs it by hand. It ships insured, door to door. In the US it takes about 10 to 14 days.
Shipping cost
Shipping is included. Rachel does not add anything on top.
Paying
Once you and Rachel pick a painting, she sends you a safe card link or her bank details. Your bank statement will say Rachel Teeger Art.
Signed letter
Every painting comes with a letter, signed by Rachel, that says it is real.
If it arrives damaged
Take photos of it the way it came. Tell Rachel within seven days. She will deal with the shipping company. She will fix the painting or give you all your money back.
Returns
Each painting is the only one, so Rachel does not take returns if you change your mind. Not sure? Ask her first. She can send close up photos or a video. On your phone, you can also see the painting on your own wall.
